		<description><![CDATA[Well done David - good work.  The question is what to do with this next.  I suggest that we look into the best format for mashup on to maps and timelines (I am guessing Google spreadsheet with date and postcode) but I relaise this may not fit with others.

		<description><![CDATA[The example of the owner of a failed business reminds me of something I heard on the radio.  There was some research that showed that athletes that loose a competition perform better in the next competition if they decide that it was because of something in there control (e.g. &quot;I followed the wrong strategy&quot;) rather than something outside there control (e.g. &quot;the other guy was better than me&quot;).

Of course, it would really help now if I could provide a citation for the relevent paper... but Google has failed me.  (Or maybe I just used the wrong search terms...)]]></description>
